Pilot stage

Who in your market is a customer, a competitor, a partner? With evidence.

Give us your website and product documents. For the country you choose (abroad or your own), we show who could be your customer, competitor, partner or distributor, each with its source. We tell you whom to approach and with which opening line, and we keep the picture up to date every month.

How it works

1 · YOU

We read you as a buyer would

From your website and documents we extract your products and services, who you sell to and the evidence for it. We point out what a buyer would look for on your site and not find.

2 · MAP

We sort the organisations in the country

We sort organisations in the chosen country into likely customers, competitors, partners, distributors or unclear. Each comes with a source link and a date.

3 · OPPORTUNITIES

Whom, why now, with which line

For priority organisations we draft an opening line and a "why now". We list the barriers ahead of you (certification, permits, references) and a plan for the first six months.

4 · TRACKING

You hear when the map changes

A new tender, a new competitor or a new distributor triggers an alert, and you get a monthly bulletin. You can also log whom you have contacted.

Tracking features are in development; during the pilot they are run together with our team.

Who needs your product?

We extract your products and services from your website, and you can add your own. Pick a product and a country, and we list the companies that may need it, with the reason for each.

Example reason: "Its website says it runs an X production line; your product is used on that line for Y (source, access date)."

What you can rely on

Every claim shows its source, access date and confidence level:

  • Evidenced Stated plainly on the organisation's own page or in an official list.
  • Adjacent Not stated directly, but inferred from a closely related fact.
  • Hypothesis Could not be tied to a source. Marked as such, never shown as evidence.
  • We don't invent facts. We don't say "X is your competitor"; we say "X's website says this". When we say something is absent, we say where we looked.
  • We use AI and say so. Reports are produced with AI, and each report states this. During the pilot every report is reviewed by our team before it reaches you.
  • Your map is yours alone. No other customer can see your report, targets or notes. We publish no public pages about other companies.
  • No personal data. The map holds company information and corporate contact channels only, never people's names or personal phone numbers.
  • We never email on your behalf. We draft the opening line; sending it is up to you.

What's in a country report?

  1. You: your company through a buyer's eyes
  2. Why now: a timeline of recent market events
  3. Map: a filterable table of organisations, with evidence, confidence level and opening line
  4. Top 5 opportunities
  5. Barriers: certification, permits, references
  6. First six months plan
  7. Method and limits: what we checked and what we couldn't

Who is it for?

Companies exporting or planning to

Before entering a new country, see who there is a buyer, who is a competitor and who can open doors.

Companies seeking new customers at home

The same map can be built for your own country.

Institutions and consultants

If you are a technology park, industrial zone, exporters' association, trade body or export consultant, let's talk about sector and country content for your members or clients.

Pilot programme

We are currently working with a small number of companies. Send us your website and the country you are interested in.

Please don't send files with financial information (balance sheets, costs, price lists); we don't need them.
